Yes. I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full prescribing authority. In the state of Maine, I am able to practice as an independent healthcare provider. Prescriptions will be written for small, minor illnesses that do no require monitoring or follow-up. It is important to remember that while my goal is to create a healthcare model to keep you and baby out of the doctor’s office or hospital, I am not here to replace the OB/GYN or Pediatrician.

Great question! I know it is a scary and vulnerable time to have just anybody partake in your care. I have 10+ years of nursing and nurse pracititioning experience. I am certified in Maternal-Newborn Nursing, and am a Certified Lactation Counselor. have spent time as a Labor and Delivery RN and Postpartum RN, and have been delivering whole family Primary Care as an FNP for 6+ years. I also managed to birth and nurse my own two sons, and have a third child on the way.
