Membership Details

Membership is a 12 month contract to support you, your newborn, and your family through the fourth trimester.

Membership includes:

  • Prenatal Consult if preferred

  • In hospital visit post-delivery to initiate lasting feeding habits and skills

  • In-home visits within one week of birth, and subsequently scheduled based on needs

  • Monthly, proactive check-ins

  • Lactation support for the mother-newborn dyad through home visits and telehealth appointments

  • Unlimited texting, email and phone support

  • Virtual appointments when needed

  • Sick visits to prevent doctor’s visits for mom and baby

  • Community support

Membership fees can be paid monthly at 450.00 or annually at 4,800.00
Lactation Consults are offered as a fee for service option. These visits include weighted feeds, evaluation of latch, suck, and swallow, supplementation information, pump set-up and use, and follow ups as needed. Initial visits are provided in home, with additional visits either in home or via telehealth. 
Lactation visit costs: initial visit is 300.00, with subsequent visits at 150.00. 
A Superbill is available upon request, which includes the information needed to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your provider in advance.
